Why choose this machine to make anti climb fence
- For this machine,
- We use SMC custom-made air cylinders and original SMC electro-magnetism valves to control each welding electrode. The uniformity between air cylinders and electro-magnetism valves is very good, can guarantee air cylinders fall down and lift at same time.
- The welding pressure of each welding electrode are totally same, guarantee welding even.
- The upper electrode and lower electrode connect directly, keep the welding current mainly on welding point, not affect each other.
- The upper electrode base and lower electrode base are water cooling.
- One welding transformer control only 4pcs electrodes, then the welding electrodes can get enough power and will not affect each other too much.

1.What’s the consume part on your machine? What’s the material of it? How long should change?
Welding electrode
Upper welding electrode 25*25*30mm; Lower welding electrode 25*25*30mm
Material: chromium zirconium copper.
The service life depends on the welding degree and wire diameter you mainly use. Normally 4-8 months.
2.Space needed for your machine?
25m*10m for whole line, the space can be adjusted.
3.How many labors needed?
One for feeding longitude wires, one for feeding cross wires, two for cut mesh edge and bending mesh.
4.What’s the production for one hour.
If 2400mm mesh length, 12.7mm cross wire space, one hour can produce around 25pcs mesh panels.
